Health Equity for Native Communities Planning Meeting

If you are leading or involved in an organization or agency that assists the health and wellbeing of the Native American community in the NW Panhandle of NE, than the Nebraska Minority Resource Center and Panhandle Public Health District request a representative from your organization at our kickoff meeting for the creation of a Native American Health Equity Plan serving Dawes, Box Butte, Sheridan, and Cherry Counties. It was identified in the Regional Community Health Improvement Plan as well as area Hospital's Improvement Plans that our area would like to increase cultural awareness and support in general.

This planning meeting is a great first step in ensuring our organizations are working together in the most effective way to meet the needs of our Native American community members.
