About the Event

This training session will address protective factors related to well being among Native Americans. The presentation will highlight evidence based and practice based evidence on how incorporating culture can positively effect a persons well being and quality of life. Tools and resources will be shared to aid in increasing cultural awareness among mental health professionals as well as increasing pride in Native culture for youth and families.
